The golden rule is always to choose the size that fits MOST of your nails.

If you're between sizes, it's always a better idea to choose the bigger size and trim them down.

We don't offer exchanges, so do measure your nails well before ordering!

How long can the press-on nails last?
Depending on the type of adhesive tabs you're using and your daily habits, they usually last from 7 days to 21 days. However, 10-14 days are usually the norm for most people.

Is it normal for my press-on nails to drop soon after applying?
Absolutely not! Check if you've cleaned your nails (both your own and the press-ons) and your tools, keep your hands dry, and press them on for 30 seconds. If your nails are too flat or too curvy, check out our tutorial on how to make the press-ons fit better for you. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to us on our Instagram DM or email - we'll be happy to help!

You can absolutely reshape your press-ons if you like! If you find them too long, feel free to cut them shorter to your liking by simply using a fingernail clipper - just like how you'd usually cut your nails. Feel free to also make them flatter, narrower, rounder, or sharper - that's the fun part of press-on nails - you can tailor them in all ways to make them uniquely yours!

We currently only ship within Singapore. Stay tuned for international shipping!

Processing Time
We aim to process all orders and ship them within 48 hours for in-stock items. For pre-order items, kindly refer to the estimated shipping dates at the respective product pages. We appreciate your understanding for a longer processing time during busy periods like festive seasons or holidays.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 working days.

Our shipping rates per order are as below:
Registered to mailbox: $2.50
Registered to doorstep: $3.50

We offer free shipping for orders above $50.

We kindly advise that instances of unsuccessful delivery resulting from errors in the shipping address entered during the checkout process are beyond our scope of responsibility. We are unable to make any changes to the addresses once the parcels have been shipped, so please double-check your address before you complete your purchase!

Because of the nature of our products, we won't be able to do returns due to hygiene issues. We want everyone to receive a fresh and new set of press-ons, so do make sure you measure your nails before purchasing!
