Shipping Regions
We currently only ship within Singapore. Stay tuned for international shipping!

Processing Time
We aim to process all orders and ship them within 48 hours for in-stock items. For pre-order items, kindly refer to the estimated shipping dates at the respective product pages. We appreciate your understanding for a longer processing time during busy periods like festive seasons or holidays.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 working days.

Delivery Fee
Shipping fees are as below:
Registered to mailbox: $2.50
Registered to doorstep: $3.50

We offer free shipping for orders above $50.

We kindly advise that instances of unsuccessful delivery resulting from errors in the shipping address entered during the checkout process are beyond our scope of responsibility. We are unable to make any changes to the addresses once the parcels have been shipped, so please double-check your address before you complete your purchase!
